Ammon is slowly recovering from his crash ... we are still waiting for the ultrasound results, but the lump in his abdomen is nearly gone. So is most of his knarly road rash. He still has a lot of bruising in his hip and leg, but I imagine that will take a while to resolve. He is back riding his bike and ran 13 miles today - what a knuckle head:).
The girls have had a fun week, spending lots of time at the park and pool. Ava is really getting confident in the water, and Senya too - in fact, she nearly flipped the infant floaty barge which claims ultimate safety for babies in the water, sending me into the pool fully dressed in my jeans and flip-flops. Nice. One of my top 100 worse things is trying to take off wet jeans!
On the other hand, one of my 100 top best things is a new box of sharp crayons. Ava got a new box this weekend and we have enjoyed coloring and coloring and more coloring.
As for me, work is going well. My cases are in pretty good shape (for now). I only have one arbitration this summer and no trials until the fall. Yay!!! Getting excited for girls weekend, family reunions, Luke & Marlo's twins arriving, and our family vacation. Life is good.

It looks like life is good. I am glad that Ammon is doing better, that was scary. Ava and Senya are so cute. I hope we get to see them soon.
Mark wants to know if you fried another Blackberry.
I'm glad Ammon is doing better! I'm sure your dip in the pool was full of grace as well. Love to read your updates - Blogs rock!
Yeah for peace and quiet!
