26.2

Ammon completed his first marathon.  And what a first it was ... cold, rainy, windy, and VERY VERY hilly.   He was AWESOME!

The ALD cheering section.  We should get a medal ourselves for negotiating all of the road closures and strategically arriving at various points in the course just in time to see Big A for 5 seconds as he ran by.  

This is mile 9.  The picture does not do this hill justice.  

This is about the 12 1/2 mile mark --- as close to the half way point as we could get.  

Runners come in all ages, shapes, and attire.   If you look good, you perform good ... right Kris? Unfortunately, Ammon had this view for a bit too much of the race.
